Gina has worked for some of the UK’s biggest organisations, and has two decades of experience, leading teams in a highly stressful corporate environment. To add to this, she has been mastering meditation and mindfulness for the last ten years. Gina understands the obstacles and triggers people encounter in their working life. After undertaking many wellbeing studies and careful analysis of today’s society, Gina decided to share all her discoveries and practices to help others navigate the challenges that demanding work roles can bring to people’s lives to cope more easily. Gina is passionate about the science behind wellbeing practices and is currently developing her knowledge further with a Harvard Course on Neuroscience. Keen to share her wisdom with the working world to help people understand the benefits of a 10-15mins/day Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme. Such programmes are proven to have significant health benefits transforming the structure of our brains for an improved state and sense of self, which helps us cope with today’s face-paced society.
